Fabian’s studio is a place full of traces - paint on the floor, half-formed ideas, finished works, and images still in the making. There was no real contrast between his work and our objects. Instead, there was a dialogue.

His paintings don’t tell linear stories or describe a specific reality. Instead, they evoke a mood, an echo, a memory - something deeply personal. They leave room for projection.

Thanks to the founders of PARRI BLANK, Carla Benzing and Simon Nalbatow, a space has emerged in Stuttgart that combines international contemporary art with a new approach to exhibition design.

PARRI BLANK views the gallery as a space for exchange, collection, and encounter. An approach that we support with flexible, timeless objects. The furnishing concept is based on lafam pieces that evolve alongside the exhibition program.
